This EU-funded Horizon Europe project, coordinated by the Faculty of Political Science at the University of Banja Luka (FPN UNIBL), aims to enhance the research capacities and empower young researchers at the University of Banja Luka to conduct interdisciplinary research on transformations, labor, and migration in Southeast Europe. The project is based on networking, knowledge exchange, and mentoring programs that enable collaboration between researchers from the University of Banja Luka and more experienced researchers from three European partner institutions. Additionally, the project includes research component focusing on the transformation of labor in Bosnia and Herzegovina through the lens of migration, which will further enhance the scientific and research skills of FPN UNIBL researchers.

Through a series of activities such as workshops, mentoring programs, and study visits, RETLAMI-SEE will enable young researchers and administrative staff to develop new skills and expand their research capacities. One of the main outcomes of the project will be the establishment of the Research Group for Transformations, Labor, and Migration at the Faculty of Political Science, University of Banja Luka, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the project and further development of international cooperation at the University of Banja Luka.
