Constantin Goschler is professor for modern history at the Ruhr-University Bochum. His main fields of research are transformations in post-dictatorship societies, history of intelligence and history of political culture in Europe since 1945. Among his latest books are Compensation in Practice. The Foundation „Remembrance, Responsibility and Future“ and the Legacy of Forced Labour During the Third Reich (ed.), Oxford u.
